If you have received a renewal notice for an annually paid service,
please ensure that this is paid promptly to avoid any disruption
to your service. Please note that accounts more than 30 days
in arrears will be disabled until brought up-to-date.
Password changes:

to change your password. No charge is made for this service;
but you will
be asked to provide sufficient proof of your identity. If
you are unable to do this you will be asked to submit you request
in writing with further proof.
Account queries:
Active Progression is a VAT registered company
in the United Kingdom and accepts payment via cheque,
bank transfers and postal
